Shipping Policy
1. Which countries do you ship to?
Petaboo currently ships to the U.S. only.
Notes: We do not deliver to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or other U.S. territories.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Petaboo currently offers free shipping for orders in the USA with no additional charges
3. How soon can I get my package(s)?
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, orders placed on weekdays will be processed for shipping within 3 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following 3 business days. Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Note: Exceptional circumstances include but are not limited to: orders with incorrect addresses, orders requiring verification of information, canceled orders, etc.
The products will be arranged from our overseas warehouse in advance in general. All packages will be shipped via FedEx, USPS, or UPS.
If the shipping service provider shows your package(s) has been delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the service provider as well as Petaboo as soon as possible, and we will assist in all possible ways.
4. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the order has been dispatched. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct!
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, we will not be responsible for any loss or misdelivery of your order.
5. Can I cancel my order after the order has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Please contact the carrier to attempt to intercept the package. If interception is not possible, please refuse the package upon delivery.
If you do not refuse the package, you may incur return shipping fees. We will process the refund once we confirm the return at our warehouse.
